Nigeria reality TV show Big Brother Naija has become a grooming ground for “potential” or “future” celebrities since the inception of the show.
Many Nigerians have gone into the House and even without winning the prize money, have become household names.
The show exposes the housemates to the world and Nigerians especially.
Subsequently after the show, majority of the housemates gets endorsement deals and contracts from various companies. Others become ambassadors to various brands.
Mostly, the main reason why a lot of the housemates participate in the show is to win the prize money.
Not Kiddwaya, the billionaire son of Nigeria businessman Terry Waya.
During a diary session with big brother yesterday, the 27 years old revealed he got into the show because he wants to make more friends, meet new people and help as many people as he can after the show.
“I’m here to make friends, he said. All my life I have been wanting to meet new people. Hopefully, when the show is over, I’d use my connects to help a lot of people.”
