The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has made it blatantly clear that the use of facemask will be vital as Nigerians gear up for the forthcoming State elections.
This has become imperative as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure the safety of voters.
“It is mandatory for every voter to wear a face mask or face covering without which the voter will not be allowed to vote,” Prof Mahmood Yakubu remarked during a presidential taskforce briefing on Thursday.
