Nigerian Center for Disease  Control  has confirmed 188 New COVID-19 cases in Nigeria.

GoldenNewsNg  reports that the NCDC on Friday evening, 11th September 2020, confirmed 188 New cases of coronavirus disease infection in Nigeria.

The new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed via a statement on the official Twitter handle of the health agency.

GodenNewsNg  reports that the development brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to 56,017 which includes 43,998 discharged cases and 1,076 deaths.

Below is the breakdown of the latest cases according to states with Plateau recording the highest number of new confirmed cases, followed by Lagos and Kaduna State, northern Nigeria.
