10 best art courses to study For Quick Employment In Nigeria in Nigeria

1. Fine & Applied Art

After graduating from the Department of Fine & Applied Art, you can become a costume designer, fashion designer, interior decorator, painter, etc., depending on what you majored in.

Aside from the job opportunities related to this course, if you have a strong passion for art, then becoming a pro at it will definitely be a thing of profound beauty.

2. International Relations / Foreign Languages

International relations / Foreign languages are hugely underrated courses. Both courses are separate; however, since I was torn in between which one to choose, I decided to include both of them.

Studying International relations or foreign languages like mandarin (Chinese), Spanish, German, Russian and French can really open doors of employment for you at the embassies/consulates.

And the good thing is, there’s no much competition with respect to gaining admission and job openings for those courses.

Those are the 10 art courses we believe are the best in Nigerian universities. However, this doesn’t mean other courses aren’t good enough.

As we all know, Nigeria is a country where people excel in fields they didn’t study at the university. For instance, Wizkid and Davido didn’t study music in the university; however, they’ve been doing extremely well in the Nigerian music industry.

In other words, your ability to develop yourself personally will go a long way in ensuring you have a decent job or comfortable life in the future
