About NPower

NPower programme was established by the country’s president – general Muhammadu Buhari to help tackle unemployment & alleviate poverty in the nation. Read the latest trends, including registration, recruitment, transition, N-Exit, portal information etc. This is for non-graduates & graduates irrespective of NYSC.

The scheme was created as a component of National Social Investment Program, to provide a structure for large scale and relevant work skills acquisition and development and to ensure that each participant will learn and practice most of what is necessary to find or create work. Applicants are selected and placed is several places known as primary place of assignment (PPA). These PPA can be found by checking your Npower Deployment Status. Applicants will then be paid specific stipends on monthly basis by the scheme.

How To Avoid Disqualification/Missing the 2021 Npower Batch C Physical Verification

This is to inform all prospective beneficiaries that their uploaded documents are being screened by the management team, to enable them release the names of successful applicants that will be facing the next phase of the screening exercise.

For those who aren’t visiting the self service portal, it is important to do so once in a while, to keep you updated whenever applicants are being selected/posted.

After conclusion of the Verification,  applicants who scaled through will present the uploaded documents for physical verification.

GoldenNewsNg learnt that this phase may be the last stage of the recruitment process, So-therefore, failure to present the uploaded documents may lead to disqualification of such applicants.

Verification Processes

The verification process involves physical check of documents uploaded by Applicants during the registration process.

Requirements for N-power Physical Verification

  • Valid Identity Card.
  • Education Credentials (OND, HND, or Degree).
  • Printout of your Bank Verification Number (BVN).
  • Residential permit or domicile letter of your Local Government area.
  • Passport photograph.
  • NYSC discharge certificate.
  • N-power 2021 online printout containing your Reference Number.

Npower Physical Requirement to Avoid Disqualification

Before an applicant must scale through the final stage which is the physical Verification exercise, He/ She must have the following requirements to avoid disqualification:

1. All your documents including Educational Qualifications, Birth certificates, Local Government Origin Certificates and your identity Cards must be presented.

2. There is no redeployment in Npower Programme. You will be required to be present in your State Of residence as selected during the registration process.

3. If you were unable to write the test, you will not be selected for the physical Verification Exercise.

4. If there was a mistake in your Personal information during the registration process, please kindly sort it out before the commencement of the Physical Verification. You can do that via the NASIMS Portal.

6. All Applicants must be present at the screening Venue.

Required Documents For The NPower Portal 2021

The following document will be required To be able to access the National Social Investment Program of Nigeria (NASIMS) login portal:

  • Academics credentials such as O level certificates and degree certificates
  • All eligible n-power batch are expected to have obtained their NIN and linked such with their phone numbers
  • Applicants are to have their NYSC certificates ready
  • Print out of the data page during the course if registering for the program
  • Other documents that might be required are Bank verification number and account number, birth certificates and local government of origin.

How to Login to the NASIMS Portal 2021

>> Click this link – https://nasims.gov.ng/
>> Click on login to access your NASIMS online portal page
>> Use the “Forgot Password” Option
>> Enter your N-POWER application email
>> Click on “Send Link”
>> Check your mail and follow the instructions to reset your password.
>> After successful reset of password, please login to update your records in the NASIMS Test portal.

Steps For NASIMS NPower ID Verification 2021

All Batch C Npower applicants requires NASIMS ID to enable them take the n-power test. To properly verify your Id on the NPower portal, kindly follow the guide below:
>> All Batch C Applicants are required to recover/reset password on NASIMS.gov.ng
>> After filling the password recovery form, you are to wait to receive feedback from the NASIMS team
>> Once you are successful, login to the NASIMS NPower online portal with your new password

NPower Online Test Password Recovery Process

  1. To recover your password for the process of completing Id verification for your NPower Test, visit the Login to your NASIMS Account :https://nasims.gov.ng/login

2. If you are a first time user, recover your password following the guide below:
>> Visit: https://nasims.gov.ng/ and click on the login link
>> Use the “Forgot Password” Option
>> Enter your N-POWER application email
>> Click on “Send Link”
>> Check your mail and follow the instructions to reset your password.
>> After successful reset of password, please login to update your records.

N-Power Batch C: ‘They’ll Start Scheme When It’s Close To Election Time So They Can Have Allegiance Of Hungry Youths’, Nigerian Man Aims Dig At Buhari Govt

The Nigerian man, who expressed his thoughts about the famed scheme on Thursday, insinuated that the Federal Government is not ready to take in the Batch C.

Since the commencement of the enrolment process of N-Power Batch C on 26th June 2020, over 5 million Nigerians have applied.

The Nigerian government says it is picking one million entrants from the final application pool.

The N-Power scheme is a key component of the Nigerian government’s National Social Investment Programmes (NSIPs).

It was established in 2016, and had roughly 500, 000 Batches A and B beneficiaries.

The recruitment process (for Batch C) is still at the online test stage.
