FG Begins NPower November Stipend Payment To Beneficiaries

GoldenNewsNg reports that beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s N-Power scheme have started receiving bank alerts of N30, 000 for their November 2021 stipend.

Some volunteers (Batch C) who spoke to GoldenNewsNg on condition of anonymity confirmed the development on Tuesday morning.

However, N-Power graduate beneficiaries – classified as Federal Government workers too – do not have a consistent payday.

Every month, the Federal Government spends more than N15 billion as stipends on 510,000 volunteers of the N-Power scheme, a component of the National Social Investment Programmes (N-SIP).

NPOWER PAYMENT STAGES:

All N-Power Batch C1 beneficiaries should Know their status.

PENDING (Validation stage)
PROCESSING (Disbursement stage)
PAID (Accounts credited)

All Npower beneficiaries are required to keep their accounts validated.

To keep your account validated to avoid future payment failures. You are required to visit your bank to resolve any BVN and Date of Birth related issues associated with your account number.

Serious Caution to all Npower Beneficiaries.

Dear N-Power Batch C (Stream 1) Beneficiaries, DON’T FALL A VICTIM

Again, like we have frequently said in the past, ATM credentials are sensitive details peculiar to you and therefore should be treated with maximum confidentiality.

Hence, ignore fraudulent calls requesting your ATM credentials, purportedly for payment of outstanding November and December stipends. Note that N-Power officials can never indulge in such unwholesome acts to swindle unsuspecting beneficiaries.

Kindly drop your questions in the comment section or contact our customer care service.

Thanks

NOVEMBER PROCESSING (Validated Accounts)

Those with failed accounts are being validated for smooth payment of the November Stipend to beneficiaries to avoid future payment failure.

In other Npower Latest News, NASIMS management is planning an online question-and-answer session.

The online discussion between NASIMS management and Npower Batch C1 beneficiaries will help in solving payment issues and other related issues faced by beneficiaries.

Meanwhile, Npower beneficiaries with failed October salary payments have now been credited.
NASIMS Denies Looting NISP Funds.

NASIMS management has denied the claim by Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed.

Senator Bala Mohammed has accused the ministry of the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq and other federal government agencies of looting over 1 trillion naira meant for the programme.

According to the Governor, “corruption has already crashed the Federal Government’s SIP programme to its knees, challenging the FG to adopt the system of empowerment his administration is doing in Bauchi state”.

Reacting to the allegation, the minister said the statements made by the Bauchi State governor are manifestly false and have absolutely no bearing on the realities on the ground.

According to the agency, the Federal Government’s National Social Investment Programme (NSIP), launched by His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari in 2016 and currently being supervised by the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, is very much alive, functional, dynamic, and increasingly expanding to reach and continue to make a significant positive difference in the lives of even more poor and vulnerable households and beneficiaries nationwide, including Bauchi State. To claim otherwise would not be in tune with the realities of the implementation of the NSIP in his state, in particular, as regularly reported in both traditional and new media outlets.
