NASIMS Portal is Down.
The latest Npower news now is that the NASIMS official portal is down at the time of this report.
At this time, Npower Batch C1 cannot access their dashboard. There is no need to panic. NASIMS management said they are doing general maintenance.
According to NASIMS management, it will take 48 hours to complete the maintenance.
The NASIMS management statement reads:
As you may have tried to access NASIMS portal for quite a while but were unsuccessful, kindly note that the portal is under maintenance which is expected to be through and back online within 48 hours. You shall be duly informed once it’s up and running. All inconveniences this moment may cause you are highly regrettable.
The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has sent a new notice to Npower beneficiaries regarding the NASIMS self-service Portal which is currently experiencing a downtime.
According to Npower management, if you a Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiary having issue with stipend credited but not paid, follow the instructions below to fix it:
1) Visit your bank for confirmation of your account being credited without receiving alert
If the money truly didn’t drop, obtain statement of account and lodge a complaint to that effect on the N-Power official Instagram handle “Npower_ng’ for appropriate action.
According to Nasims, beneficiaries are strickly advised to lodge complaints on only Npower official Instagram Handle “Npower_ng” and not on Npower Facebook official page or any other channel on Facebook.
You are please advised to strictly follow this instruction to fix your payment problem, Nasims said.
The Federal Government has promised to offer an interest-free loan of up to N300,000 to N-power beneficiaries through GEEP initiative.
N-power GEEP loan is a free-interest loan given to outgoing N-power beneficiaries to enable them to start up a business or fund already existing businesses. The good news now is that the Npower February Stipend Payment will commence as of Wednesday, May 4, 2022. This is due to the public holiday.
According to NASIMS management, the payment of Npower February Stipend, which has changed from pending to processing, will commence after the Muslim celebration. Management wished all Muslims a HAPPY EID MUBARAK as well.
While February Payment has successfully been initiated, please note that, THOSE WHOSE ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED ARE BEING PAID ON DAILY BASIS. You’ll be paid too as soon as the issue that resulted in the delay in payment of your stipend is resolved.
