Peter Obi, presidential aspirant of Labour Party has congratulated his former boss, Atiku Abubakar, on his emergence as the standard bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
GoldenNewsNg reports that Atiku emerged the PDP candidate on Saturday after polling 371 votes to beat his closest rival, Nyesom Wike, who scored 271 votes.

Obi, who was the running mate to Atiku in the 2019 presidential election, in a tweet congratulated Atiku, and prayed God to continue to bless him.
