The Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Jigawa has accused the state’s ruling All Progressive Congress APC of planning to buy votes ahead of the general elections in 2023.
Goldennewsng reports that the allegations were made by National PDP Youth Leader Mohammed Kadade Suleman after the party’s candidates were given flags at the state headquarters in Dutse, Jigawa State.
He stated that the massive crowd is a clear indication that Jigawa State supports the PDP and is prepared to vote against the APC in the general election in 2023.
Kadade stated, “I heard one minister from Katsina State say APC has saved money and is planning to buy votes during election day.
