Igbos have been informed by the All Progressives Congress’ presidential candidate that they can only reap the benefits of the “national cake” if they elect him to office.
Goldennewsng report, he spoke yesterday during his campaign in the state of Enugu.
“You can only harvest when you put money into it. The APC presidential flag bearer stated, “You will only share in the national cake if you vote for me.”
Mr. Tinubu stated that he would transform Enugu into a more prominent industrial center than it currently is.
He said that any attempt to stand before the moving train would be a disaster and that his campaign organization was like a train that was getting ready to win the election.
You can’t stop success from coming your way. The only people who will prevent victory are the ignorant. We are not seeking 25% of the vote. We are diligently working until Bola Ahmed Tinubu becomes Nigeria’s president,” he emphasized.
The rally was also addressed simultaneously by APC candidate for governor in Enugu, Uche Nnaji, as well as Governors Hope Uzodimma and Governor Umahi.
But they didn’t agree on how many votes Mr. Tinubu would get in the South-East.
Mr. Umahi selected 90 percent of votes from the geopolitical zone, while Mr. Nnaji selected 30 percent of the votes. Mr. Uzodimma stated that he anticipated a landslide.
We must support the APC in order to avoid defeat. Mr. Umahi stated, “We are not looking at 60 percent or 80 percent, but 100 percent of the votes.”
