Politicians who plan to rig the 2023 election, according to Bauchi Governor Bala Mohammed, will fail.
Goldennewsng reports that when he received members of the Bauchi State Christian Community for Christmas homage in Bauchi on Sunday, the governor gave a speech.
Governor Bala said that President Muhammadu Buhari was a good man and that he would keep his promise to hold free and fair elections.
He urged Nigerians to trust the president and to ignore those he referred to as Thomases who questioned him.
“I know President Buhari is just, and he has already assured us that he would allow the people to elect whomever they want. There are people who buy votes, and there are those who plan to rig the election using federal might. But I know President Buhari. All of these skeptic Thomases shouldn’t bother us. He stated, “We must be able to work together and stick together.”
