Job Description:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will assume a pivotal role in spearheading the sales, development, and delivery of competitive proposals within our power business. This role involves championing lead generation, establishing and nurturing partnerships and client relationships, overseeing opportunity tracking, and providing guidance in pre-bid intelligence gathering efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of compelling business proposals and presentations to create and foster opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline to meet short-term, medium-term, and long-term targets.
- Formulate strategies and positions through in-depth analysis of new-venture integration.
- Coordinate and implement marketing strategies, delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, holding regular discussions with managers and stakeholders to refine strategy.
- Generate new leads, identify and engage with decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals aligning with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Communicate and market product applications to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Support deal structure and pricing through business-value analysis, negotiating prices for proactive bids and proposals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– First degree in Business Management, Engineering, or other Social Sciences.
– 2 – 5 years’ experience in Generator Sales.
– Successful track record in B2B/B2C sales and negotiation.
– Proficient in sales techniques with a mastery of experience.
– Proven ability to plan and manage resources effectively.
– Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
– Ability to deliver presentations effectively.
