Benefits of the Scheme: Selected candidates will undergo a competitive selection process that includes:
- A 12-month fully residential training program.
- Formal training and experiential attachment.
- Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be placed in one of Nigerian Breweries’ brewery locations nationwide as a shift manager, specializing in brewing, packaging, logistics, or automation engineering, depending on their relevant field.
Qualification Requirements: To be eligible for this scheme, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any science or engineering field, with a minimum grade of Second Class (Upper Division).
- Degrees in relevant fields include, but are not limited to:
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Industrial Chemistry
- Mechanical/Agric Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Physics Electronics
- Computer Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Chemistry/Pure & Applied Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry
- Food Science & Technology
- General Requirements for all Jobs:
- A minimum of five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE, including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.
- Completion of NYSC, not earlier than January 2019.
- Maximum of two years of work experience.
- Digital agility.
- Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria.
