Is NDOC Shortlisted Candidates Out?

  2. Click on the “Career” option on the menu bar. (https://www.mygov.go.ke/index.php?act=vacancies)
  3. Scroll down to find the section related to shortlisted candidates.
  4. Click the download button to get the PDF file of the shortlist.
  5. Open the PDF document and use the search bar to enter your name and check if you’ve been shortlisted.

Eligibility Criteria for NDOC Shortlisted Candidates:

To improve your chances of being among the shortlisted candidates, make sure you meet the following eligibility criteria:

  1. Must be a Kenyan citizen with a valid National ID card.
  2. Should be a graduate of a recognized University in Kenya in a field of study related to aviation, social science, or pure science.
  3. Must have a D+ mean grade in Kenya Secondary Certificate Education (KSCE).
  4. Must be ready to comply with the rules binding the agency.
  5. Must have great interpersonal skills.
  6. Should be an excellent communicator.
  7. Must have no criminal record.
  8. Should be willing to relocate if necessary.
  9. Should comply with Chapter Six of the Kenya constitution.

If you find your name among the shortlisted candidates, congratulations! The next step is to prepare for the interview screening. Ensure you have the original copies of all your academic and professional certifications ready.
