10th January 2024: DOLLAR TO NAIRA EXCHANGE RATES Black Market Dollar To Naira Exchange Rate

Today’s black market exchange rate for the dollar to naira in Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) stands at N1235 for buying and N1240 for selling, as reported on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, according to sources at Bureau De Change (BDC). It’s important to note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognize the parallel market and directs individuals engaging in Forex to approach their respective banks.

– Dollar to Naira (USD to NGN) Black Market Exchange Rate Today:
– Buying Rate: N1235
– Selling Rate: N1240

However, it’s essential to be aware that the actual rates for buying or selling forex may differ from those stated in this article, as prices can vary.

In recent developments, the Naira has rebounded against the US Dollar in the official market. As of Monday, January 8, 2024, the Naira closed at N856.57 per $1, marking a 1.5% appreciation from the previous session’s rate (N869.39/$) and a 5.9% appreciation from the close of business last year (N907.11/$).

Throughout the trading period on Monday, the Naira reached a high of N720.00 and a low of N1,185 before settling at N856.57. On the black market, the average rate of the dollar to Naira on Monday was reported at N1,236 to N1,240 per dollar.
