  1. N75 Billion Loan for Manufacturers

    • Loan Amount: Up to N1 billion per manufacturing enterprise.
    • Interest Rate: 9% per annum.
    • Repayment Terms: Up to 60 months for long-term loans and 12 months for working capital.
    • Objective: Boost production capacity, enhance competitiveness, and create more jobs in the manufacturing sector.
  2. N50,000 Grant for Nano Businesses

    • Grant Amount: N50,000 per nano business.
    • Coverage: Available to businesses in all 774 local government areas.
    • Objective: Provide immediate financial relief, encourage business continuity, and promote grassroots economic activities.
  3. Food Distribution Initiative

    • Fund Allocation: N5 billion for each state and the FCT.
    • Food Items: 100,000 bags of rice, 40,000 bags of maize, and fertilizers.
    • Additional Support: Five trucks of rice per state.
    • Objective: Mitigate hunger, ensure food availability, and support agricultural productivity locally.
  4. Agricultural Support Program

    • Funding: Part of the N200 billion allocated to boost agricultural production.
    • Resources: Fertilizers, seeds, and other agricultural inputs.
    • Objective: Enhance food production, ensure year-round farming, and stabilize food prices.
  5. Microfinance for SMEs

    • Loan Amount: Up to N1 million for SMEs.
    • Interest Rate: 9% per annum.

  6. State-Level Palliatives

    • Fund Distribution: N5 billion to each state and the FCT.

  7. Educational Support and Student Loans

    • Funding: Part of a larger N1 trillion allocation.

    • CNG-Fuelled Buses: N100 billion to acquire 3,000 units of 20-seater Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses.
