With approval from Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, the Governor of Cross River State, the government is set to hire 2,000 young people into the State Civil Service. The Cross River State Civil Service Commission is now accepting applications from qualified candidates, ages 18 to 45, for various open positions:

2. Nurses – B.Sc Nursing

10. Fire Service Officers – B.Sc/HND Mech Engineering

12. Nutrition Officers – B.Sc/HND Nutrition Science

13. Data Processing Officers – B.Sc/HND Computer Science

14. Clerical Officers – WASC/NECO

15. Messengers – WASC/NECO

16. Security/Watchman – WASC/NECO

17. Drivers – Trade Test I, II or III

 

 

Method Of Application:

1. Application must be made online (FREE) at the Commissions dedicated Website https://crscsc.ng/recruitment. with the following documents uploaded, using the PDF format:

a. Typed and signed application with passport photo affixed.

b. Highest Academic Certificate.

c. Local Government Area of Origin Certificate.

d. Birth Certificate/Age declaration.

e. NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate, where applicable.

2. All certificates must be from Government recognized institutions and uploaded from originals.

3. Applicants are required to print out a hard copy of the submitted application form.

4. All shortlisted applicants will be notified via Email or WhatsApp, and on the CRS Civil Service Commission website https://crscsc.ng between Monday 9th September, 2024 and Friday 13th September, 2024.

5. The Application portal opens on Tuesday 20th August and closes on Monday 2 September, 2024.

6. The shortlisted applicants will be interviewed physically, between Monday 16th September and Friday 20 September, at the Commission’s Conference room, Calabar.
