Call for Applications: Michael Taiwo Foundation Graduate Study Support Program 2025- Link to Apply

The Michael Taiwo Foundation has officially opened applications for its highly regarded Graduate School Application Support Program, aimed at helping academically outstanding African students pursue postgraduate studies abroad.

This annual scholarship initiative, now accepting applications for the 2025 cycle, offers not only financial support but also expert guidance for students applying to top universities in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other parts of Europe.

About the Program

The 2025 edition of the Michael Taiwo Foundation Graduate Study Scholarship began accepting applications on June 16th, 2025, at 8:00 AM PST. The program is designed to empower future African leaders from underrepresented backgrounds by removing key barriers to graduate education.

What makes this program stand out is its comprehensive approach. In addition to financial assistance, scholars are matched with experienced mentors who provide personalized support throughout the graduate school application journey.

Who Can Apply?

The Foundation welcomes applications from a broad range of candidates. You are eligible if you:

  • Are a recent university graduate from any academic field

  • Are a final-year undergraduate with strong academic performance

  • Have a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale or its equivalent

  • Are passionate about continuing your education at a global institution

Note: The Foundation considers applications holistically, so applicants who may not meet the CGPA requirement but demonstrate exceptional motivation are still encouraged to apply.

What the Scholarship Covers

Successful applicants will receive full support for graduate school preparation, including:

  • Mentorship from professionals with international academic experience

  • Full payment of test registration fees for:

    • GRE or GMAT

    • TOEFL or IELTS

  • Payment for up to six graduate school application fees

  • Cost coverage for four additional test score reports

 

What the Scholarship Covers
