The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has commenced its much-anticipated online recruitment test for Superintendent Cadre applicants today, Thursday, October 2, 2025.
Shortlisted candidates have been grouped into three batches (A, B & C), with each batch assigned a specific time slot to take the test. The Service has emphasized that strict compliance with the assigned batch and time is mandatory to avoid disqualification.
Applicants are expected to log in using their NIN via the official NCS portal 👉 https://updates.customs.gov.ng to confirm their batch, date, and time.
So far, candidates across the country have confirmed that the test portal is live and active. However, some applicants have reported login delays due to high traffic, and are advised to remain patient and avoid multiple login attempts to prevent being locked out.
The NCS has also warned against using calculators, mobile devices, or switching browser windows during the test, stressing that such actions could result in automatic disqualification.
👉 Note: This test is strictly for Superintendent Cadre applicants. Candidates under the Inspectorate and Assistant Cadres should not log in yet; they will be contacted later for their own pre-test and online assessment.
