The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has reassured Superintendent Cadre Batch A applicants who were unable to take part in the recently conducted online pre-test that they will not be excluded from the recruitment process.
According to an internal update from the NCS recruitment team, affected candidates will have their situations reviewed and be rescheduled for a new test date after verification.
“All Batch A applicants who missed their online pre-test will be given another opportunity. No qualified candidate will be left out. The service remains committed to transparency and fairness,” the statement read.
The NCS earlier commenced the CBT test exercise for Superintendent Cadre, directing shortlisted applicants to log in through updates.customs.gov.ng using their NIN to confirm their batch and access their test links.
Applicants who missed their test due to network challenges, system errors, or scheduling conflicts are encouraged to remain patient while the verification process continues.
The Service reaffirmed that no candidate will be disqualified based on technical issues beyond their control, emphasizing its commitment to a transparent and inclusive recruitment process.
