Important Guidelines for NCS  Recruitment Candidates

  • Avoid calculators and mobile phones: The use of calculators, mobile phones, or any other devices is strictly prohibited during the examination.

  • No multiple log-ins: Candidates are also advised not to switch browser windows or attempt multiple log-ins, as this could affect their participation in the test.

  • Laptop or desktop only: The test must be taken using a laptop or desktop computer, ensuring full compatibility and system stability.

  • Facial verification required: Candidates will undergo identity verification through webcam facial recognition before and during the test session.

The Customs Service further clarified that only Inspectorate and Customs Assistant Cadre applicants are eligible to take part in this stage of the recruitment process.

Meanwhile, candidates under the Superintendent Cadre have been advised not to participate at this stage, as their examination will be scheduled separately.

The Nigeria Customs Service reiterated its commitment to a transparent and merit-based recruitment process, encouraging all applicants to prepare adequately and comply with the given instructions.
