The ever effective state government of Lagos has launched the third reference centre, where any form of sexual assaults cases can be reported.
This centre is the 30th currently launched across the country and it is situated in the Alimosho General Hospital.
The idea was formed by the British Council and funded by the European Union
According to the First Lady of the state, the wife of Dr Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu stated that this progress shows the efficiency of the administrative present government of the state.
The governor himself said that the facility put in place in the centre will help take good care of any sexually assaulted persons who may have now contracted some deadly disease or unwanted pregnancy.
It ‘is indeed good news that this centre has now been established specifically for those hurt girls who do not want them to see as some old or young man gets maltreated by them, this will help manage that.
