After the introduction of  Npower program, several Nigerians has benefited from it by receiving stipends every month.

As we all know, the N-power stipend is not enough to foot bills with the current state of Nigeria Economy   however, as the name stands for, it is meant to empower Nigerian youths. And if you can make a wise investment as an Npower beneficiary, then you can get financial freedom.

Businesses that Can Be Set Up With NPower Monthly Stipend

1. Establishment of POS (Point of Sale) business; The POS machine has really helped to reduce the frustrating queues at banks as queues at banks can be a deterrent.

Two or three month scholarships from the NPower program can help you buy a POS machine. Another challenge is to get a business center, usually one person can expand the business in front of their home or match with other store owners unless they set up a private business center or store.

2. Agribusiness; Of course, agriculture is a lucrative business that falls into different categories. Agribusiness involves the production and sale of meat and eggs under the care of animals (poultry), as well as the sale of crops for cultivation and breeding.

3. Poultry business; You will start with a small poultry structure structure and capacity with a three month stipend (N 30,000 x 3 = N 90,000). Depending on the hatchery and season, a box of day-old chickens (DOC) broilers, which contain about fifty (50) day old chickens, is available from N18,000 to N22,000.

4. Barbing salon business

The barbing salon business is a very lucrative business idea in Nigeria presently. I know the N-power stipend fund of three months can’t open a standard barbing salon. However, if you strategize well enough you can save your stipends for several months and open your salon business.

5. Selling bales of Okrika

The Okrika business is a good business you can easily invest your N-power stipends into. Because there is a high rate of inflation in the price of things in Nigeria and the low standard of living. Most Nigeria patronizes Okrika products because it is cheap.

6. Blogging

You can easily start a blogging business. All you need is the ability to write good posts, a laptop, and internet access. Similarly, you need to purchase a domain name and pay for hosting.

It is relatively cheap to own a blog these days and with the N-power Nigeria stipend, you can easily pay for your web hosting and buy your domain name. You can learn how to set-up your blog by Google searching it.

7. Mini importation business

It’s not really hard to import goods from abroad these days. You can easily start your mini importation business in Nigeria with your N-power stipends and make good money from selling them here in Nigeria.

8. Cake and Pastries

If you have baking skills then you should consider investing your N-power Nigeria stipends into the cake and pastries business. There are several events in Nigeria such as weddings, birthdays, graduation, anniversaries, etc. that can patronize one you get noticed.
