If you are a woman who runs a small business or has an idea for one, it may be worthwhile to spend the time looking for and applying for these grants.

Raising capital is critical to the success of many businesses. Obtaining company funding and capital, on the other hand, presents unique challenges for women-owned businesses.

Female business owners encounter a disproportionately high percentage of difficulty in obtaining business financing when compared to their male counterparts.

According to the Federal Reserve’s 2024 Small Business Credit Survey, compared to 14 percent of firms owned by men, only 12 percent of women reported receiving the entire funding amount requested from lenders in 2024.
