Some volunteers shared the buildings that they acquired as a result of the Npower monthly stipends. It included a plot of land for one of the volunteers who have now roofed his house. He intends to go into real estate business and cannot be more grateful to Npower for the opportunity.

Most striking of them all is that of a young man who worked under the Nteach program. He claims that he was able to acquire a place where he teaches and prepares students for exams. With each student paying N1000 monthly, he earns at least N100,000 monthly.
This begs the questions and issues raised by the protesting volunteers who are now being called names by incoming batch C and other beneficiaries. They are seen as those that failed to utilize the meager N30,000 that was paid to them monthly for over two years by the federal government of Nigeria.
However, the documentary shown live on NTA on Thursday has generated mixed feelings as many people are beginning to think that the government is doing propaganda with the program.
Batch A and B Volunteers were surprisingly disengaged from the scheme after staying for four years. Many of them had high hopes that the federal government could convert them into civil servants.
They cite comments during the electioneering campaign of 2016 and 2019 as the reason for their hope which has now been dashed.
