  1. First Bank Mobile App: The First Bank mobile app is a user-friendly application that allows you to perform various banking transactions, including checking your account balance. Download the app from your device’s app store and sign in to your account. Once you’re logged in, you can view your account balance, transaction history, and other account details.

    Checking Your Account Balance Using FirstMobile App

    1. Download and install the FirstMobile App on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play Store.
    2. Log in to the FirstMobile App using your username and password.
    3. On the home screen, you will see your account balance displayed. If you don’t see it, tap on the “Account Balance” icon located on the dashboard.
    4. Your account balance will be displayed on the next screen, including your available balance and current balance.
    5. You can also view your transaction history by clicking on the “Transaction History” button.
  2. First Bank USSD Code: The First Bank USSD code is another convenient way to check your account balance on your mobile phone. Dial 89400# from the phone number linked to your First Bank account and follow the prompts to enter your account number and PIN. Your account balance will be displayed on the screen.
  3. First Bank Internet Banking: If you have registered for First Bank’s internet banking service, you can log in to your account and check your balance from there. Simply navigate to your account summary page, and your balance will be displayed.
  4. First Bank Customer Care: You can also check your account balance by calling First Bank’s customer care center on +234 1 9052326 or sending a text message with the word “BAL” followed by a space and your account number to 08076664444. You will receive an SMS with your account balance shortly after.
