On a positive note, Nigeria is set to benefit from the UK’s global partnership to combat poverty, which could bring about potential opportunities for job creation and skill development in various sectors. It’s always essential to stay informed and up-to-date on any potential opportunities, and we recommend keeping an eye on reliable sources for accurate information.

Npower Resumed 2022 October, November, December Backlog Stipends Payment

Stay informed with the latest Npower news for Monday, May 8th, 2023. In this update, we’ll be discussing essential details about the overdue stipends payment and other related issues that Npower beneficiaries should know.

Nasims, the Npower management team, recently provided an update to beneficiaries regarding the payment of overdue stipends. It’s important to note that only beneficiaries who have been selected by Nasims are qualified for payment. If you’re a beneficiary, you can check your Npower status via the Nasims self-service portal.

The latest Npower news reveals that the Npower programme management has resumed payment for Batch C beneficiaries. Payment for the backlog of three months (October, November, and December) began on May 2nd, 2023.

Previously, the Npower management had launched a validation portal for beneficiaries to update their account details and reclaim their outstanding balance. The payment process is being carried out gradually for those who have validated their account details. Although Npower and Nasims have not yet shared this update on their communication channels, beneficiaries who have received payment are confirming it on their usual social media platforms.

If you are a beneficiary who has not yet received payment for the stipends from the mentioned months, remain patient, as payment has begun and will reach you in due course. It’s important to stay informed and updated on any further developments regarding Npower stipends payment.

Regarding the Npower batch C1 beneficiaries asking for December stipend payment, Npower management previously stated that their program ended in August 2022, and every other stipend paid was a bonus.

Unfortunately, a lot of exited Npower beneficiaries are still hoping for their Nexit package without any concrete update from the Npower management on whether payment will be made. There is no new information regarding the Nexit program update. Until then, the Npower management advises beneficiaries to engage in other positive things.

Recall that N-Power told all recipients, particularly those with backlogs, that they would receive their payments. We have provided evidence of beneficiaries who received their stipend today as an attachment to this story.
