Npower Beneficiaries Plead for Timely Payment of Outstanding Stipends

The beneficiaries of the Npower program are concerned that President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration will be coming to a close this month and are urging the Minister to ensure that all payments are made before the end of her tenure.

In 2016, the Npower program was launched by the President Muhammadu Buhari administration to equip Nigerian youth with employment and entrepreneurship skills.
