College of Health and Environmental Sciences Funtua, Katsina State Admission Form 2023/2024
Applications are now open for qualified candidates to apply for admission into our various Diploma and Certificate programs for the 2023/2024 Academic Session at the College of Health and Environmental Sciences in Funtua, Katsina State.
Below is a list of available courses for the 2023/2024 academic session:
- Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW)
- Certificate in Environmental Health (EHA)
- Certificate in Food Hygiene and Nutrition
- Diploma in Community Health (CHEW) and retraining
- Diploma in Environmental Health (EVT) and retraining
- Diploma in Health Information Management
- Diploma in Health Education and Promotion
- Diploma in Food Hygiene and Nutrition.
Online Application Procedure:
STAGE 1: ACCOUNT CREATION
Click on the Apply Button below to fill in the required information and create an account to build your application profile. The system will automatically generate an Email ID and Application ID. It is advised to print and keep them safe for subsequent login throughout the application process.
STAGE 2: LOGIN TO THE ONLINE APPLICATION PORTAL
After successful account creation, applicants can click on the Application Portal/Proceed to login. Enter the login details generated in stage one (1) to access your personalized application portal.
STAGE 3: PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE
An application processing fee of Four Thousand five hundred Naira (#4500) is required. You can make the payment online through the payment gateway. Click on Online Application in the left sidebar of your application portal. The system will direct you to the official college payment gateway where you can use your ATM card for payment. After successful payment, the payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address, and the system will automatically redirect you to the online application form.
STAGE 4: APPLICATION FORM
Fill in all the required information in the online application form and upload your O’Level results (WAEC/NECO). Once completed, submit your online application.
STAGE 5: UPLOAD YOUR PASSPORT
Go to your profile and select “Upload Passport” on the left-hand sidebar. Choose and upload your passport photograph.
STAGE 6: PRINT YOUR DOCUMENTS
Print your Online Application Form and screening schedule for reference.
STAGE 7: TRACK YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION
Track the progress of your application. Once screened and admitted, you can accept your offer.
