APC Convention: Kayode Fayemi Steps Down For Tinubu

Ekiti State Governor, Olukayode Fayemi has withdrawn from the 2023 presidential race and stepped down for All Progressives Congress, APC, national leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Having praised President Muhammadu Buhari, APC governors from the Northern region and party stakeholders, Fayemi said Tinubu who he described as his elder brother is a man he respects and believe will lead the country well.

The Ekiti governor said he has worked alongside the presidential aspirant, he and his supporters will give Tinubu the full support he deserved to succeed President Buhari.
