Join Women for Women International as an Enumerator
At Women for Women International, we believe that empowering women leads to the strength and prosperity of nations. Since 1993, we have made a significant impact by assisting nearly 420,000 marginalized women in countries affected by war and conflict. Through our direct work in eight countries, we provide women with the support, tools, and access to life-changing skills they need to move from crisis and poverty towards stability and economic self-sufficiency.
As an Enumerator, your role will involve actively participating in program monitoring and evaluation activities. This includes conducting community assessments, pre-selecting new participants, and collecting and accurately recording information. You will utilize electronic data collection tools to ensure the completeness and accuracy of forms. Additionally, you will be responsible for enrolling women in the program and preparing reports on observations, errors, and interview responses. Your tasks will also include interpreting interview questions, planning and conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and translating data when necessary. Finally, you will complete endline forms for all participants and submit reports on each evaluated group of women.
In order to capture relevant data and information, you will collaborate closely with our Social Empowerment and Economic Empowerment teams. Sharing your field experiences and contributing to the data collection process, you will actively participate in debrief sessions.
