African students are hereby encouraged to apply for this scholarships in the following disciplines : mechanical engineering, materials and metallurgical engineering, biomaterials/biomedical engineering, and industrial & manufacturing engineering.
Currently the There are a total of 22 scholarships available in this ELbM scholarship call, including 12 Masters scholarships (9 credit and 3 degree-seeking), 4 PhD scholarships (3 credit and 1 degree-seeking), and 6 Staff awards. Four (4) African partner institutions jointly manage the ELbM scholarships, which will enable chosen students and staff to pursue postgraduate study, research, teaching, or training.
Necessary Requirements
- Applicants must be from Africa
- Undergraduate program must have been completed
- Applicants must be proficient in English Language and any other language (optional)
Benefits of European Union Masters and PhD Scholarships
- The European Union masters and PhD scholarship covers round-trip airfare, visa charges, participation tuition fee, registration, and service fees, insurance (health, accident, travel), a moving-in allowance, a monthly stipend( amount not disclosed yet) and a contribution to research expenses related to student mobility of at least 10 months.
