The scholarship is available to native students who are registered and enrolled full-time in any Nigerian tertiary institution.

Since May 29, 2019, Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, a politician, businessman, and philanthropist from Nigeria, has led Oyo State. He is an engineer and an authority on gas and fluid metering.
He is the group managing director of the Nigerian oil and gas company Makon Group Limited.

To be considered for the scholarship, you must:
- Be a citizen of Oyo State
- Must be a registered, full-time undergraduate in any Nigeria tertiary institution.

All applications should be submitted not later than Friday 02, December, 2022 with scanned copies of original:
- Evidence of Local Government or State of Origin Certificate
- School identity card
The application will be rejected if it lacks all of these qualifications. Only those who are chosen for interviews will hear from the board.

Application Forms are available free of charge at OMITITUN HOUSE, beside STANBIC IBTC BANK, Iwo Road, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Collection of forms shall be between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm daily from November 14 to December 02, 2022.
SUBMISSION
All applications should be submitted no later than Friday 02, December 2022 with scanned copies of the original:
- Evidence of Local Government or State of Origin Certificate.
- School Identity card.
Applications without all these credentials shall be rejected. The board shall enter into correspondence with only successful candidates.
