Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, applicants must:

Be from any of the following Niger Delta states:
Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, or Rivers. -
Be at least 16 years old.
For Undergraduate Applicants:

Must have taken the 2025 UTME (JAMB).

Must be new entrants admitted into 100-level for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Applicants awaiting WAEC/NECO results are not eligible.

Must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5/5.0 or 2.0/4.0 to continue benefiting from the scholarship.

Must not be involved in any misconduct or provide false information. Violations will lead to immediate withdrawal of the scholarship.
