The program targets business owners in Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa and will run for two months. It features a blend of live workshops, self-paced online learning, and a digital business pitch competition. The objective is to empower African entrepreneurs with the tools and skills needed to compete in today’s fast-evolving digital economy.

Program Structure: Three Key Stages

The training initiative consists of three core components:

1. Live Virtual Training Workshop

The program begins with a high-impact, 3 to 4-hour live webinar led by expert trainers from Ihifix. Key topics include business model innovation, growth strategies, digital marketing, financial planning, and the use of technology in scaling businesses. The session includes practical presentations, case studies, and interactive Q&A segments.

2. Self-Paced Online Courses and Certification

Participants will then continue with curated courses hosted on Google and HP platforms. These self-paced lessons cover areas like social media advertising, business strategy, cybersecurity, ICT tools, and more. Certificates will be issued upon completion of the modules.

3. Hackathon and Business Pitch Competition

At the end of the program, a virtual hackathon will challenge participants to develop innovative business solutions using their new skills. Finalists will present their ideas during a pitch competition, with the chance to win recognition, toolkits, and business development grants.

Ihifix Innovation Foundation Program Benefits

Participants in the Upskill MSME Program will gain access to:

  • Up to $3,000 in business funding

Ihifix Innovation Foundation Program Objectives

The Ihifix program is focused on three main goals:
