The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) has unveiled Project 100K Jobs, a dynamic campaign running from August to November 2025 aimed at creating employment opportunities and supporting small businesses throughout Lagos State. This bold initiative seeks to empower Lagos residents by providing easy access to job placements, business loans, and strategic partnerships designed to fuel economic growth.

What is Project 100K Jobs?

Project 100K Jobs will be rolled out across 12 different locations within Lagos, targeting job seekers, entrepreneurs, and organizations committed to driving economic development in the state. Lagos residents are encouraged to watch out for announcements on the nearest Local Government Area (LGA) or Local Council Development Area (LCDA) where the initiative will be active.

As LSETF puts it:
“Our mandate is to enable job creation in Lagos. Small business owners need access to finance to scale, while job seekers need real opportunities. Project 100K is our promise to bridge that gap.”

Benefits of Project 100K Jobs

The program offers three major benefits to participants:

  1. Business Loans:

    • Access affordable loans at a 9% interest rate

    • No collateral required

    • Flexible repayment plans tailored to small businesses

    • Required documents include BVN, LASRRA ID, and a 6-month bank statement

    • Loans available at your closest LGA or LCDA office

  2. Job Placement:

    • Hassle-free connection to verified job opportunities across formal and informal sectors

    • Supports Lagos residents actively seeking employment

  3. Partnerships:

    • Collaboration with organizations across Lagos to expand opportunities

    • Interested organizations can reach out via info@lsetf.ng to join the effort
