Job Title: Architectural Engineer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all technicians on site.
- Manage, supervise and co-ordinate 10 -man team that specialise on Civil work and finishing work on Maintenance of high- rise buildings.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in all various fields including alocoboard, facade installation-aluminium glass/finishing of doors and window partition.
- Monitor Maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
- Contractor Management such as contractor sourcing pricing and tendering to completion.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 5 – 7 years work experience.
