Army rescues Octogenarian, others from Boko Haram captivity.

An octogenarian, three girls and four kids who were until now held captive by members of

the Boko Haram sect have been saved during a clearance operation by Troops of twenty six

Task Force Brigade in Dalu Village at intervals the Mandara Mountains in Gwoza local government area of Borno State on Sat Nov sixteenth.

The saved victims were promptly exhausted and children among them were equally administered with polio Vaccination by a Nigerian Army medical team. No causality was

recorded by the troops throughout the commando operations. However, in keeping with reports, many of the Boko Haram criminal components were discovered to have fled in disarray towards the summit of Mandara Mountains with gunfire wounds.
