The Bank of Industry (BOI) has started enumerating and onboarding beneficiaries for the Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme (PCGS) across Nigeria.
BOI is sending text messages to eligible PCGS beneficiaries for in-person data capturing. Using its advanced IT systems, BOI aims to register and enroll beneficiaries across the country efficiently.
If you receive an invitation for physical data capturing, please attend the session, even if you have already received your grant payment. It’s important to follow this step to ensure the integrity and verification of the grant process.
Invited beneficiaries should go to the specified Local Government Area (LGA) office mentioned in their invitation message. This step is essential to confirm and verify grant disbursements.
Each PCGS beneficiary will receive a grant of N50,000. The program aims to support one million small businesses in all 774 local government areas.
The grant targets specific groups: 70% women and youth, 10% people with disabilities, 5% senior citizens, and 15% for other groups.
