Job Responsibilities
- The Business Manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans that will drive the company’s sales and generate great financial return for the company.
- The individual should be able to identify opportunities, determine which ones are most viable, and create a plan of action to exploit them and build a sustainable competitive advantage for the company financially and otherwise.
Individual should be able to:
- Develop new strategies that ensures continuous improvement of the overall efficiency of business processes.
- Set and exceed financial goals and milestone.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth in new markets or new ways of doing business
- Develop marketing strategies to promote products or services offered by the company.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Coordinate other departments within the company to ensure that goals are met.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends that may affect the organization’s long term viability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure product availability at competitive prices.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure that projects are completed within specified time frames and within allocated resources.
