Nigerian comedian Alibaba has had his first haircut after many months of lockdown as a result of the corona virus. The lock down led to the closure of businesses and even celebrities were forced to stay indoors.
While many celebrities have since resumed their normal lives Alibaba is just planning to resume his by barbing his hair. He was among the vocal voices promoting awareness on the dangers of covid19.
With the lifting of lockdown which is over three months old, life is gradually returning to normal. Many other celebrities that looked very rough during lock down are now looking great because they have returned to their makeup.
Although he is a very famous comedian, Alibaba will not be hosting comedy shows or anchoring events as he used to. Rather, he will be supporting the creative industry by engaging with stakeholders and the government to save it from collapse.
He has also been a champion of exploring the digital space to mitigate the effect of covid19 on the industry. Barbing his hair and taking care of his appearance may mean that Alibaba is ready to get back to work.
