Australia became the latest country to feel the wrath caused by Covid-19 as the country fell into recession as a result of a pandemic that has continued to threaten the Global Economy.
This was the first recession the country has experienced in almost three decades.
Brazil also had their economy shrank by almost 10 percent, while China from where the virus first broke, is the only major nation recording economic growth during the pandemic.
A recently released data report shows India and a host of European countries facing the toll of months of lockdown as countries across the world try to keep up with a virus that has killed north of 850,000 and infected over 25 million people.
