Daddy Freeze, real name Ifedayo Olarinde, has finally succumbed to pressure and apologised to the founder and presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, popularly known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo.
It would be recalled that Freeze had called the man of God a ‘bald-headed fowl’ in a video he made three years ago while also criticizing his teaching.
The video which somehow resurfaced this year, has elicited negative comments against the radio personality.
Controversial man of God, David Ibiyeomie, founder and General Overseer of Salvation Ministries called out Freeze for criticizing the Bishop.
In a reaction of his own, Ibiyeomie called Freeze a bastard son of a Somalian and a half caste, while threatening to kill and tear him into pieces.
Freeze on his part came out on Saturday with an apology, saying it wasn’t his intention to insult the Bishop.
In a video shared by Pastor Reno Omokri, ex media aide to former president Goodluck Jonathan, Freeze said, “I did not in any way intend to dishonor, disrespect or disregard the person of the Bishop.”
