The Industrial Training Fund (ITF), in collaboration with the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the 2025 Technical Skills Development Programme (TSDP).
This program is designed to equip participants with globally competitive technical and vocational skills, preparing them for immediate employment or entrepreneurship.
Eligibility Criteria and Educational Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
1. O’Level Requirements (SSCE)
Credit passes in the following subjects are mandatory:
English Language
Mathematics
Physics
Chemistry
2. Higher National Diploma (HND) – Minimum of Lower Credit
Candidates must hold an HND in any of the following disciplines:
Mechatronics / Mechatronics Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Metallurgical Engineering
Industrial Maintenance Engineering
Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Automation Engineering
Production Engineering
Industrial Physics
Instrumentation Engineering
Computer Engineering
Chemical Engineering
3. National Diploma (ND) – Minimum of Lower Credit
ND holders in the following disciplines are eligible to apply:
Chemical Engineering
Biological Sciences
Physical Sciences
Food Science Technology
Laboratory Science
Applied Physics
Additional Requirements
Applicants must have graduated not earlier than 2022.
NYSC must be completed at the time of application.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional growth.
