The Federal Government of Nigeria recently approved the recruitment of 3,927 officers for the Nigerian Customs Service (NCS). We are pleased to inform you that the recruitment process for the 2024/2025 session has officially commenced. This presents an opportunity for qualified Nigerians to join the NCS across various cadres.

Available Job Positions

The following positions are open for recruitment:

  1. Superintendent Cadre
  2. Inspector Cadre
  3. Customs Assistant Cadre

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must possess the following qualifications based on the cadre they are applying for:

  • Superintendent Cadre: B.Sc. or HND
  • Inspector Cadre: OND or NCE
  • Customs Assistant Cadre: SSCE

General Application Conditions

To qualify for the Nigerian Customs Service recruitment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
a. Be a Nigerian citizen by birth.
b. Hold a First School Leaving Certificate as proof of primary education.
c. Meet the required height: 1.7 meters for males and 1.64 meters for females.
d. Be medically fit without any physical or mental health challenges.
e. Have no prior criminal convictions.
f. Not be affiliated with any secret society, cult, or drug-related activities.
g. Provide a certificate of State or Local Government of Origin.

Note: Candidates who falsify documents will face immediate disqualification and potential prosecution.

The application window is open for one week only, from 27th December 2024 to 2nd January 2025.
