All fingers are not equal in the Nigerian movie industry known as Nollywood. Even though many female celebrities seem to be more popular and followed than actress Omotola Jelade Ekehinde, she has more influence in the entertainment industry at large.
Recently, she shared a snapshot of a tweet that she made on her twitter page on her Instagram account in which she charged her followers that she will get going with her life and will not procrastinate on her goals and desires.
But what caught the attention of most fans was the the tittles which was displayed on her twitter handle. It read “Dr Omotola J. Ekehinde MFR”. It implies that Omotola has a honorary doctorate degree and also has a national honor as the Member of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
These are big titles that makes her not just a stakeholder in the entertainment industry but also a national figure who might find her way into some top government office in the future.
That is likely the reason why she is taken very seriously in the industry and er views are often respected by many other celebrities.
