Federal Civil Service Commission Releases Shortlisted Candidates List for 2025 Recruitment

 

GoldenNewsNg reports that the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has officially published the list of candidates shortlisted for its ongoing recruitment exercise. Applicants who have submitted their entries are advised to visit the recruitment portal to verify their status and review the role for which they were considered.

In a public notice released this week, the Commission confirmed the commencement of shortlisting and urged candidates to log in via the portal to check their status and select their preferred examination venues.

“The Federal Civil Service Commission has shortlisted candidates for the next step, which is the examinations,” the statement read.

This development marks a significant step forward in the federal recruitment process, following weeks of application reviews across various ministries, departments, and agencies.

How to Check Your Shortlisting Status

Candidates who applied can follow these steps to confirm their status:

  1. Visit the official recruitment portal: https://recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng

  2. Log in using the registered email address and password

  3. Navigate to your dashboard to view your application status

Shortlisted candidates will receive a confirmation message stating:
“You have been shortlisted! Please proceed with the next steps of the application process by filling out the Shortlisted Candidates Form below.”

The form requires additional details such as:

  • Disability status (if any)

  • Preferred examination center

  • Additional academic qualifications

What to Expect Next

Following this phase, shortlisted applicants are expected to prepare for the scheduled examination, which is the next stage of the recruitment process. Candidates are advised to check their email regularly for further instructions and updates.
