What is the 3MTT Program?

The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) program aims to equip 3 million Nigerians with essential technical skills. The program is designed to:

  • Boost Nigeria’s Digital Economy: By cultivating a skilled tech workforce, the initiative fosters innovation and economic expansion.
  • Create Jobs: Targeting 2 million digital job opportunities by 2025, the program presents promising prospects for Nigerian citizens.

How Does the Program Work?

The 3MTT program operates in phased stages:

  • Phase 1: Inaugural training phase encompassed 30,000 individuals.

  • Phase 3: Subsequent phase intends to train the remaining 2.7 million individuals.
