Job Title: Finance Analyst
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of Customer invoices and submission on Customers’ portal
- Preparing Vendor payments and upload on bank portal/ Oracle payment
- Vendor Invoice postings and authorization
- Provide remittance advice to Vendors
- Prepare all relevant Monthly journals
- Prepares weekly disbursement file for Treasury approval
- Manages Customer receipt postings.
- Processes Employees’ IExpenses/Petty cash (office/travels/field) for payment.
- Monthly Statutory payment process and filing (VAT & WHT for both Federal and State).
- Balance Sheet reconciliation of allocated accounts
Qualifications & Experience
- First Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Professional qualification in Accounting desirable (ACA, CPA etc.)
- On-hand expertise in Oracle R12/Other ERP System – added advantage

- Attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Time management
- Ability to manage internal customers
- Ability to work in a team and across various departments
- Practical knowledge of MS office and other computer applications • Problem solving mindset • Ability to use own initiative
