Afolayan who made this known via his Instagram page, said Dr Awosika’s leading impact in women’s leadership and advocacy was what got her the role.
In the movie, Dr Awosika plays the role of a University Faculty Dean, heading a fictional senate hearing panel of a female postgraduate student, a role played by Nigeria’s billionaire Femi Otedola’s daughter, Temi Otedola, who was a victim of sexual harassment.
The movie which was shot at the Obafemi Awolowo University as well as three other countries is scheduled for release sometimes next year.
